The Others Facilities The Windsor Plaza Hotel has the facilities, service and experience to make any group event or conference a success. The Windsor’s parent company has been producing banquets, weddings, parties and conferences in Ho Chi Minh City for more than 14 years. The Windsor Plaza Hotel conference facilities cover four levels and consist of 17 rooms and halls that may be divided into 31 separate rooms. 3rd floor: The third floor conference center has six conference rooms with a capacity of more than 450 people. 4th floor: The business center on the fourth floor has one meeting room that can hold 15 people. 5th floor: The fifth floor has eight rooms that can be broken down into 19 function rooms. The rooms can hold 600 guests total. 7th floor: The Jade Ballroom is the largest single ballroom in Vietnam, holding up to 1,800 people. The ballroom can be divided into three separate rooms for smaller functions.
